Terms of Service

1. Service Description

VSAR Tech provides software tools — including workflow automation, a customer support inbox, and CRM integration — that connect to a business's own WhatsApp Business account through official infrastructure such as Meta Cloud API and approved providers. VSAR Tech is not a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP) and does not send messages on behalf of users independently of the workflows they configure.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business creating a workspace, and you must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

By using the Platform, you agree that you will:

• Only message recipients who have given valid, recorded consent (opt-in), and honor opt-out requests immediately.
• Use only WhatsApp-approved message templates for the use cases they were approved for.
• Connect only your own, properly authorized Meta Business and WhatsApp Business account.
• Not use the Platform for bulk or unsolicited messaging, spam, or any purpose that violates WhatsApp's or Meta's policies.
• Not resell, sublicense, or provide third-party access to the Platform without our written consent.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including data protection and telecom regulations.

4. Compliance Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of WhatsApp messaging — including consent collection, template content, and opt-out handling — complies with WhatsApp Business Policy, Meta's terms, and applicable law. VSAR Tech provides tools to support compliance but does not assume your regulatory or contractual obligations.

5. Fees & Billing

Platform fees, if applicable, are described in your order form or account plan. Fees charged by WhatsApp, Meta, or approved messaging providers (e.g. per-conversation or per-message charges) are separate from VSAR Tech fees and are your responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

VSAR Tech retains all rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including all software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of your business data and message content.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if you violate these terms, applicable WhatsApp/Meta policies, or applicable law, or to protect the integrity of the Platform. You may stop using the Platform and close your workspace at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, or that WhatsApp/Meta or any approved provider will approve any account or template.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VSAR Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
