We process messaging metadata strictly to fulfill workflows you configure. We do not operate bulk marketing broadcasts, do not send unsolicited messages, and never sell personal or customer communication data.
1. Overview
VSAR Technologies Private Limited (“VSAR Tech”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Seen by vsartech software platform, including our website, client workspaces, dashboard, webhook processors, and related API connectors (collectively, the “Platform”).
VSAR Tech is an independent software provider and is not an official WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP). We integrate with official WhatsApp developer infrastructure (including Meta Cloud API, approved tier-1 BSP gateways, and direct webhooks) on behalf of businesses that connect their own verified WhatsApp Business accounts.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only information required to provide, support, and secure your automated WhatsApp messaging workflows:
- Account & Workspace Information: Name, work email address, company or legal entity name, phone number, and authentication tokens provided during registration.
- Business Communication Data: Contact phone numbers, opt-in records, message template identifiers, conversation timestamps, and message payloads transmitted through workflows you explicitly configure.
- Technical & Log Data: IP addresses, browser user-agents, API request timestamps, webhook latency logs, and system error events collected for diagnostic and security audits.
- Payment & Subscription Details: Billing records and transaction references handled through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We never store raw debit or credit card credentials.
3. How We Use Information
We process collected data exclusively for the following legitimate business purposes:
- To operate, maintain, and provision client workspaces and webhook queues.
- To dispatch automated transactional notifications and route two-way support chat sessions.
- To enforce mandatory consent verification, 24-hour customer service windows, and opt-out rules.
- To detect, prevent, and investigate technical anomalies, abuse, and violations of WhatsApp Business policies.
- To deliver technical support and respond to customer service inquiries within guaranteed SLAs.
- To fulfill statutory tax, corporate, and regulatory reporting requirements.
4. WhatsApp Messaging & Consent Safeguards
All messages initiated through the Platform must comply with the official WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta guidelines:
Strict Consent Architecture:
Every business using Seen by vsartech is solely responsible for acquiring and recording affirmative opt-in consent prior to dispatching notifications. When a recipient replies with standard opt-out keywords (such as “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE”), the Platform automatically suppresses further proactive messaging to that phone number until fresh consent is documented.
5. Data Sharing & Infrastructure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or customer communication data. Data is shared strictly with authorized infrastructure partners as required to fulfill service execution:
- Meta Platforms & Approved BSPs: Messages, template data, and recipient phone numbers are transmitted directly to Meta Cloud API or your designated Business Solution Provider for network delivery.
- Cloud Hosting & Database Vendors: Secure tier-4 data centers and database providers operating under strict data processing agreements with encrypted rest and transit protocols.
- Legal & Regulatory Authorities: Only when strictly mandated by enforceable subpoenas, court orders, or applicable law enforcement procedures.
6. Data Retention
We retain account information and communication records for the duration of your active workspace subscription. Upon workspace termination or closure, customer records are retained for a standard statutory audit window (not exceeding 90 days) before being permanently purged or cryptographically anonymized.
7. Security & Safeguards
We implement multi-layered administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to safeguard business data:
- TLS 1.3 encryption in transit for all external API endpoints and dashboard connections.
- AES-256 encryption at rest for sensitive access tokens, webhook credentials, and databases.
- Role-based access control (RBAC) and automated session termination for administrative interfaces.
- Periodic vulnerability scanning and continuous infrastructure monitoring.
8. Your Rights
Under applicable data protection legislation (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in India and GDPR where applicable), you have the right to:
- Access and receive a copy of your stored workspace information.
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate profile details.
- Request complete deletion or export of your account data upon workspace closure.
- Withdraw consent for optional analytics or operational communications.

Seen by vsartech is an enterprise software platform designed exclusively for commercial entities and business professionals. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age.

We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect evolving platform capabilities or regulatory requirements. Any substantive modifications will be prominently notified across client dashboards or by email notice before taking effect.
